Delicious Surprise - Edit
We came across this gem of a cafe in an open food court while exploring the area for some good vegan food. Very hard to find in Mue Ne, compared to other parts of Vietnam. We were blown away by how good the cooking was here. Although not strictly vegan, but rather vegetarian, when asked for vegan options there were no flavours missing and all prices were reasonable. The matcha smoothie bowl, called fruit bowl to avoid conflict of interest with another business in the court, was the best, most flavoursome we had in our three weeks in the country. The quesadillas with pumpkin was also amazing and a dish I would love to recreate. Exceptional cooking and excellent bland of flavours, will be our first stop next time we visit the region.
