Hooray for Gluten free and vegan! - Edit
Excellent service here, and I'm so happy to find options that are both gluten-free and vegan! And tasty! Personally, I'd love to taste more cheddar in the vegan cheese, but I still enjoyed my meal! Can't wait to come back and try the other vegan options.

Read moreThey make their own pasta in house and you can taste the difference. We had the Mac n Cheez which was delicious. Also had a salad and an Eggplant Parm sub with vegan cheez.
Our friends are oil-free and they were well accommodated with noodle dishes with extra veges that were separately cooked for them.
The owner came around to see if we were enjoying our meals and seemed genuinely pleased to get our compliments.

Great vegan food but make sure you emphasize VEGAN - Edit
I ordered all vegan food, and the cashier must have forgot to put vegan for the caesar wrap I ordered (even though I double checked that everything was vegan). They put chicken in it and I took a bite and spit it out noticing the different texture. I was really really upset and heartbroken. I’ve always had a great experience with this restaurant but they really need to pay attention to what the customer orders.

This was my second visit to Grandpa MAC in Rehoboth. The first time they had “run out” of Vegan stuff and only had real meat and dairy. This time I ordered the Nutty Fireman - Pasta, Vegan walnut chili, Vegan mozzarella and breadcrumbs and a Vegan Hearts Romaine Cesar Salad. The customer service was mediocre as they were very straight lipped and not very talkative. I think the only words spoken were, “do you want a receipt?”. As for the food... The salad was lettuce, a little Vegan mozzarella, a few croutons and almonds and very little dressing. It was quite dry and bland. The Pasta dish was also quite dry and tasteless but for a very sweet almost cinnamon flavor that I couldn’t quite figure out. Overall I gave it a 3⭐️ because they did offer Vegan options and that’s about it. The food taste was nothing to write home about and the employees could be a bit friendlier. There are very few Vegan options in Rehoboth Beach DE so beggars can’t be choosers.

I got the combo of half Rehoboth panini and small mac and uncheese. The portion sizes are BIG. 2 of us shared this 10 dollar combo meal. I enjoyed the "chicken" panini more than the mac and cheese, it was really yummy. This is a pretty good option if you're looking for filling rich comfort food on the go!

Found this place accidentally on the way home from Rehoboth Beach. Awesome ooey gooey vegan mac with a breadcrumb topping! They used shell pasta so the cheesiness was exploding with every bite. Honestly they give you a lot - I brought half home. Highly recommended!

They are super vegan friendly. Mac uncheese or walnut chili Mac are vegan and delicious, especially the walnut chili. You can also make your own and vegan items are clearly marked. They also have two vegan paninis, vegan Caesar and vegan soups. Best vegan options in the Rehoboth area.

One of the best non vegan restaurants I've been to since being vegan. Everything is clearly marked vegan. I couldn't decide what to get so ended up with the veg rehoboth panini and the Vegan "uncheese" mac. Both were very good. The guys at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely eat here again if ever in the area.

Our favorite restaurant in Rehoboth has closed and we discovered Grandpa Mac. We enjoyed a very good vegan mac and cheese with a lovely fresh salad. Many other choices on the menu as well that sound interesting. Easy to park, nice decor.
