What a Disappointment - Edit
What a disappointment after all the rave reviews here and elsewhere. They opened at 5pm, and I got there around 449pm. The door was unlocked, so I went in to ask if they did takeout. We had too many bad experiences with restaurants not doing takeout after we wasted our time going there. The two of them were in there.
Read moreAll I wanted to do was ask "do you do takeout?" Before I could ask, both of them, one after the other, said "we're closed, come back at 5." I said "I know that. I will, but I just need to know if you do takeout." I asked 3-4 times while I was being cutoff, and they finally answered that yes they do. They shouldn't have their door unlocked if they're not ready for customers!
If I wasn't so desperate, I wouldn't have come back after that rudeness. I came back shortly after 5 and I asked about takeout. They said the only vegan item I could get were the burritos. I kept telling them I'm gluten free, but they kept promoting the burritos. I asked about the tacos. They said that's for here only. The one said "I don't understand why you can't eat it here." Hmm...maybe I don't want to eat indoors at your upstairs closed window unventilated restaurant that smells like smoke. That's what I was thinking. It's none of their business anyway.
One of them recommended a different vegan place to me, which was nice, but I could barely understand what he was saying. I finally got the name and looked it up, and I could find no such restaurant. So, for the people who claim they are so nice and speak amazing English, that's not accurate in my experience. They were not at all like the typical Japanese hospitality I had gotten used to on the trip. Why the hell can't they wrap up tacos if they can wrap up burritos? There's something wrong with this place.

I went to this restaurant based on reviews like this. The staff was NOT nice and their English wasn't as great as described here. You must've gotten lucky and not asked about takeout. They HATE takeout.

Lots of vegetarian and vegan options (just ask to omit the sour cream and cheese), staff were really lovely and vibes were very cool. Would recommend if visiting Hiroshima!!

Nice atmosphere and good, clean food - Edit
We ordered a soymeat Taco and soymeat burritos (without cheese or sour cream). Still tasted great, ingredients were fresh and very filling. Atmosphere was fun as well, waitress understood requests easily. Definitely recommend.

They had very nice burritos and tacos, and the staff understood English very well so it was easy to order vegan. They also had a wide variety of beers to choose from. Most of them aren't rattily available in Japan. The only negative was that the hot sauce was a bit mild.

Mixture of vegetarian and vegan options. Amazing hot sauce. Owner speaks English & understood difference between vegan and vegetarian. Even has a dedicated menu with burritos, tacos, nachos etc for veggies and vegans. Range of beers and wine. If you're craving western style Mexican food in Japan, this'll hit the spot.

I went there last night, they had a vegetarian menu in English, also understood English and when I ordered I could clarify if I wanted cheese and sour cream or not so they are very considered and aware that vegans might Strand in their restaurant. I had the soy meat Burrito and they also brought home made hot sauce over.

Vegetarian menu had lots of options. Restaurant is located on fourth floor of complex and the restaurant has a fun, cozy atmosphere. it lives up to its name with graffiti up the walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
