I love the portion size and quality of the bowls here. The zoodles are very filling- so far the cashew crème bowl has been the most tasty- and the fruity bowls are big and hearty. The date night smoothie is the best cacao smoothie I’ve maybe ever had.

I wanted to like this little place, but there were long waits, limited hours, and a mixed review with the food. We got the nori wrapped veggies, neat concept, but a huge mess and just dripping in sauce. We also got the romaine wrapped tacos, which were messy, but very tasty, fresh, with a sun-dried tomato and walnut taco crumble and a cashew cheese. Interesting. The chocolate soft serve was delicious, but the machine broke when we returned the next day.

Lots of fresh vegan options were available …Had great Athena juice (and even let me add another component for 70 cents) & chocolate peanut butter vegan soft serve (so good!). What a relief to find a place like this w healthy options after a day in the sun!

Was happy to find Grab 'n Go on a day trip to Provincetown. I got a smoothie which was really refreshing and my husband got the tacos which he enjoyed.

The vegan taco is really really good. Romain lettuce, walnut and sun-dried tomato taco “meat”, garlicky cashew cream, avocado, lots of cherry tomatoes. With a side salad. Only $11 and worth every penny. I eat vegan food all over the world and I’ve never had anything quite like this. Also the soft serve is excellent. A different flavor every day. All of them good. Just three ingredients. Coconut milk, beet sugar, flavoring. Today was chocolate so the flavoring was cacao powder.

The chocolate soft serve (coconut based) was incredible and didn’t taste at all like coconut! It was probably the best soft serve I have ever had! One weird thing to note is that it looks like it serves chicken and dairy cheese.

I try to go to the Grab & Go whenever I am in Provincetown during the summer, and for good reason! Their smoothie bowls are delicious and everything on their menu tastes and feels refreshing, healthy, and filling!

Everything I’ve tried here is DELICIOUS. Smoothies, build your own salads with endless and varying ingredients, lettuce tacos, vegan soft serve! Super healthy super fresh. Well designed menu. Busy joint and the staff works fast. Could be a wait but they are quick and at least you get to wait on beautiful commercial street surrounded by artwork. And the food is worth it!

Wonderful vegan smoothies and acai bowls. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have ordered. The power smoothie is packed with protein as is the power nut acai bowl which is large enough to share.

Always satisfying and delicious. Great service. Also pretty much the only game in town when it comes to vegan stuff (unless you want a sad wrap somewhere else). I wish they had indoor seating, but they are called Grab n Go, after all!

Still advertising vegan soft serve on their website and signs at the shop,but only have it seasonally. Told no vegan soft serve after summer high season. Machine is completely taken out of service.

Been coming to Provincetown for more than 30 years and finding less and less veg/vegan options. Very happy to see this place. Had an amazing salad with lots of healthy, tasty ingredients. Love that you get to pick which items (from a large list) you want in the salad. Also had the vegan tacos which were delicious. Highly recommended!

Had the most delicious smoothie ever from here! The best one I have ever bought. It was chocolate-y, sweet, substantial, filling, flavoursome, the perfect texture and consistency. There’s also juices and açai bowls available, they sell packaged snacks too.

Flavorful & fresh but not too filling - Edit
I walked into Grab 'n Go Health Bar with a very active appetite! I ordered the vegan tacos for $11. It consisted of 2 romaine hearts filled with a sun dried tomato and walnut spread, a cashew 'cream' spread, a generous helping of fresh avocado slices and sliced cherry tomatoes. The meal also came with a side salad dressed in balsamic vinaigrette. My meal way very flavorful but I didn't feel totally satisfied by the end of it. While the romaine leaf "taco shells" we're fresh and healthy I would have liked an option for a flour or corn tortilla. I'm not a raw vegan and I needed some carbs! I enjoyed my meal right down the street at the Aquarium Marketplace which has a great deck with a waterfront view.
