Great place for produce - Edit
I have happened across this stand a few times, and have really appreciated the locally-grown greens that are available on the island, as well as local-ish canned and preserved goods such as pickled vegetables from other farms in Massachusetts and preserves from other farmers. The hours are not easily discovered, so try to call ahead if you are counting on excellent local produce in West Tisbury. When open, the farm stand also stocks other produce staples like lemons and avocados, which always have to be bought somewhere while on an island in Massachusetts.
