Tried so many flavors during our stay in Ubud, including Macchiato, Crazy Coconut, Sneekers, Chaga Chai, Purple Potion, Caramel Gold, and Tella in various combinations as they ask you to choose at least two flavors (minimum two scoops).

Lots to choose from here and the price is unbeatable: 30 for 2 (albeit small) scoops in a cone. The ice cream is a little on the watery side and I've had better in town (Plant Bistro is to die for) but worth a stop if you're nearby.

Read moreWe went twice, the first time the gelato was a little icy. Nothing crazy, but in terms of quality I would say Gourmet Gelato has better quality gelato. But Gelato Jedi has a larger selection and is all vegan. And to be clear, the gelato is really delicious here.
Service is good, indoor space is clean and has a tiny amount of seating along one wall on a bench.

All vegan blend of traditional and modern ice cream - Edit
The fact that all their ice cream is vegan is already reason to visit, but there were several things that made us love the place.
Read more1. Cheaper (about half the price) than gelato places with vegan options
2. Based on the traditional "es putir" which is Indonesian coconut-based ice cream. It is all made with coconut
3. They were able to supply the ice cream for our event (a wedding) with very little notice, at a great price (other businesses would give us a higher price/scoop even though we were buying a few kg at once
4. Some of the flavours are so delicious! We loved the plain coconut, mulberry passionfruit, chaga chai, and the best is macchiato! The tella tastes more like white chocolate, don't expect nutella flavour. I wish I had had the chance to try more before leaving.
So, if you are looking for the creamiest gelato, maybe this is not it, but this is still amazing and worth a visit (or a few!).
Pros: many flavours, local ingredients, great price for quality
Cons: not as creamy as gourmet gelato
