There were some advertised on the cooked menu but we were told they were not available currently. The only substantial vegan meal I could find past security at terminal 1 was one of those barren salad Subway sandwiches

The Gastro hub has a new vegan menu. Although listed on the sandwich boards outside the restaurant it’s not on the main menu so you need to ask or show the staff the vegan sandwich board so that they understand what you’re looking for. Three vegan sandwiches on offer that come with a side of chips. I ordered the pesto veggie sandwich but ended up getting a roasted veg Mediterranean sandwich as I think the staff didn’t understand me. The sandwich was quite nice , With roasted peppers aubergine spinach and basil in a toasted brown bun and the chunky chips had a spicy coating. The only place I found vegan food options in the airport terminal so far. The restaurant also has fresh fruit juices soft drinks et cetera. I wasn’t wowed by the food but if you’re really hungry and need something before to fly this will definitely fuel you for your journey.
