Great good but limited choice

Had a great caramelised onion and applewood smoked vegan cheese toastie with salad, but there weren’t a lot of options on the menu.
In the store area there are some vegan bakes dotted about e.g. vegan lemon loaf or cherry Madeira loaf, sometimes some biscuits etc. These are not always available and can be difficult to find.
