Tofu Thai Crunch! - Edit
I had the Tofu Thai Crunch salad bowl and the cucumber salad. It was REALLY good. The bowl was fully vegan with no customization. The cucumber salad was light and refreshing. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

You might as well go to the grocery and hope they have a vegan roll. They gave me rolls that were falling apart and in my vegetable roll they gave me *spoiled* (yes, smelled like pennies) asparagus. And then refused to give me a refund even though it was bad. I just asked for a refund for the asparagus roll. Not the other ones. And they refused??

Great vegan options, fresh and delicious. We live in Michigan, but whenever we go to Toledo to visit our daughter we make a stop here often.

Just ask for hand cut to avoid fishy taste - Edit
Even when I ate meat as a kid over 25 years ago, I hated fish. So I definitely don't want my food to be fishy now. I've had the same experience as other reviewers with cross contamination, so I've learned to ask them to clean the cutter or hand cut my roll. I've been happy with the results since.

The custom roll I ordered tasted ok but I have 2 issues with this restaurant.1. Yes the bamboo rollers are covered in plastic but the plastic is not changed between customers. There was a piece of crab on the plastic that the employee flicked off before rolling my sushi.2. The rolls go through a cutting machine. Every roll. And is not cleaned between rolls.
