Address: 大阪府箕面市箕面6-1-21. Mostly exclusively vegan, Fushimiya manufactures various products made of soya beans, and tofu and konyaku in the traditional way. They boast a 100+ year history and do not use any artificial ingredients. The soy milk and desserts are definitely a must-try. The shop next to Minoh station is the only branch shop and should not to be confused with the headquarters of Fushimiya in Ibaraki-shi, Kyoto (〒567-0818 大阪府茨木市本町1-4 TEL：080-9454-0385). Open Mon-Sun 9:30am-7:00pm.
