My brother and I went here before walking Minoh Falls, and it was very cute and quiet with only a few tables inside. The food was delicious and filling, plus a good mix of veggies and proteins. They are cash only but that's pretty normal so no bother

2025-5-3 I went for lunch and I was very much pleased - the owner runs the place now for 14 years - so he has experience serving very good vegan food - the price is more than reasonable- if I would live in the area I would go there more often. Hko

We had the lunch set and really liked it. It was a variety of smaller japanese dishes (silk tofu, different salads, soy meat karaage, croquette, miso soup, rice, ...). The meal was filling, delicious and cheap. We also had the soy ice cream. Would recommend!

Traveled across Osaka region to eat here but it was closed despite being within the opening hours on Happy Cow, Google, and their own FB page. It looks like it would be lovely to eat at, but don't go out of your way to visit

The chef was kind enough to cook for us even though it was outside the usual timeframe. Food was delicious, try all of the baked goods if you can too, the onion cookie is very good 👍

Read moreIt was a bit hard to find when the location was added wrong when opened in google maps and happy cow map. But if you go to the address put out on their website you'll find it. ☺️

Very kind owners. Visited after our trip to the falls. Interesting flavours! Had the lunch set, prices were reasonable and was able to walk away with some nice vegan biccies.

I had a lovely lunch in this cafe in my trip to visit the waterfall. A bit of a walk from the station but worth the visit. There was one option for lunch and it was very good with many small portions of different foods. The cost was around 1000 yen.

Secret Tipp on your way to Minofalls - Edit
We came to a different restaurant super hungry, but unfortunately they didn’t have anything to eat that day, so I asked the staff there if there is any other place nearby that offers vegan food. They informed us about this restaurant, which is about 10 minutes from the Station.
Read moreHappy we could find something to eat in this area. The lunchset (950円) consist of lots of small dishes, rice and a soup - unusually strong flavors for Japanese food, extremely delicious and adventurous, very nice owners, cozy vibes... I would recommend it to anyone!
