They always have few vegan options, but sadly it shrunk in the past years. It’s still worth a visit when they have special offers.

No good label system. Some things are called plant-based, some vegan, some have no labels and are still vegan. They have an allergy list and you can ask staff if you are not familiar with the offer.

We had the spicy fries. There were lots of vegan options for loaded fries and curry wurst etc but we kept it simple. The paprika dips were lovely.

Various dishes, several of them are vegan and indicated as such on the menu. If you're not interested in fries you better look for another place. The amount of vegan options decreased significantly, the same applies to the portion sizes and "toppings", the currywurst e.g. contains traces of sauce. However, the prizes went up. As a consequence, the stars of this review went further down.

Ich hatte lust auf vegane curryvurst. Leider ist die curryvurst bei frittenwerk eher mittelmäßig. Immerhin schmeckt mensch, dass sie vegan ist dadurch, aber wäre halt schön, wenn sie lecker wäre und authentischer. Da gibt es andere, bessere Curryvürste.

Famous restaurant chain in Germany. It usually offers a "snack" of fries stuffed with other things. We ordered the "Chili Cheese Fries - Vegan", which in addition to the fries comes with chili, some sauces and jalapeña peppers. It's great when you want a quick snack and aren't too hungry. Located close to Aachen's tourist attractions.

I love frittenwerk. Very nice location in the "glaskubus". Now there are self-order panels. You can eat there or have it delivered. There are some clearly labeled vegan options. Hope there will be more in the future. Fries Fries Baby 🤘🏼😁 #Veganuary

They have 3-4 completely vegan Fries dishes, a bowl which was quite good and some Falafel and Churros with chocolate.
Read moreThe fries were nice but quite expensive, the churros had way too much fat for my taste but the bowl was tasty. The Ambiente is nice and they have much space outside.
The toilets were really dirty though.

The falafel balls are also very small. Too bad, because they are really super tasty. So order an extra portion!

Offers currently two vegan fry dishes, one is vegan bolognese fries with cheezano and the other is pink persia poutine with falafel, hummus, quinoa and vegan lemon aiolo. Dishes can be customized further. They also offer churros with a vegan chocolat hazelnut dip.

Really tasty fries! Their concept allows them to servethe food really fast. It is cozy inside, but when the weather is good, they have a nice big outdoor terrace.
