Menu includes burgers, sandwiches, panini, day's soup, organic salads, Belgium waffles (mornings only) and oatmeal. The glass case display features muffins, cakes, and various desserts. Choice of soy, almond, or hemp milk for your drinks. Has fresh juices. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-8:00pm.

This is a fantastic find in Old Town Tustin. We enjoyed the friendly staff and efficient service. The food was the best part. I enjoyed the Panini Frittata, which is vegan scrambled eggs, Roma tomatoes, red onions, heirloom arugula, with a sun-dried tomato aioli. My wife had the Atlantic Sandwich, which had vegan tuna, capers, oregano, red onions, organic mixed greens with a house spread. Both sandwiches came on sourdough bread and a wonderful side of organic mixed greens that included grape tomatoes and candied pecans! I finished off the meal with a tasty affogato for dessert! Fantastic place!

I can’t remember exactly what we ordered but we had a mushroom burger and mushroom pizza. The pizza was my favorite with it being so light and flavorful. I normally hate eating crust off of pizza but this was so delicious I actually finished a whole slice! Haha
Read moreThe burger had an interesting apple sauce sweetness to it that I’ve never had before. I love the ambience of this place as well as the location in old town Tustin. Amazing service too, everyone was super friendly. Only thing is they don’t serve alcohol.

Had the recommended Curry Ramen, which was not just pleasing to the eye but full of flavor. Topped it off with a frozen Matcha drink which was perfect for a hot day and sweet treat. Definitely worth the visit if your in that area😄

Went there to get dessert with my family. After ordering some cakes with the hostess I asked if we could sit at a table. The hostess told us we couldn’t sit at a table because the tables are for dining only. She told us that we can only take the dessert to go & we couldn’t sit at a table. A truly delicious experience! Flavors made us go, "mmmm!" No GF buns or bread, but a lettuce wrap made my alfalfa sprout sandwich fresh and light. I loved the horseradish aioli on it. Salad was SO fresh. We'll go back before we go home to Colorado!

We ordered the red velvet berry cake for a Christmas party. It was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. While the taste did not really remind me of red velvet, it was delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness, moist and fluffy. I LOVED the cloud-like cream in between the layers. Everyone in our group, including the omnivores, loved it!

Food is full of flavor and very tastey, but for the prices they charge I would have expected the plates to be bigger. A $15 salad was about 10 pieces of lettuce…the ambiance does not match the plate prices either. It’s a cute spot but nothing amazing. Really do appreciate the thought put into the pure ingredients but for the price/amount of food, we won’t be coming back here.

If you're ever in Tustin, you must try @freesoulcaffe, their food was incredible!!!! I really spoiled myself since I live so far away & got the Fennel Sausage pizza, the truffle burger & curry ramen. I wish I lived local so I could try all thier other options. These were delectable. It's making me hungry just writing this review.

Now that I'm vaccinated I'm comfortable dining out again. For the past 15 months it was take-out only so I missed many places that were too far from home to support. This was my first time back at Freesoulcafe in almost two years. It was great. We ordered from the bunch menu. We shared a breakfast sandwich and a plate of the hash. Both were fantastic. Their outdoor patio is very nice and the service was excellent. This is in "old Tustin", so it's a great area to walk around before or after a meal. There is even a cool new bookstore a block away that wasn't there the last time I visited. The location is right by the 5/55 interchange, so an easy place to stop if you are simply passing through the area. Plenty of free street parking too!
