Serves meat, vegan options available. UK chain of pizzerias est. 1986 in Brixton Market as a stand alone shop by Franco who later sold the business to his friends who named the shop "Franco Manca" (Italian for “Franco is missing”) as an homage to the founder. Makes sourdough pizza from slow-rising dough, which are baked in a wood-fired oven. One pizza is vegan by default; may pay for additional toppings such as spinach, artichokes, and plant-based cheese. Also has rotating vegan specials. Other vegan menu items are olives, pizza bread, and dessert sorbet. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-21:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-22:00, Sun 12:00-21:00.

Vegan Special Pizza Option

Came here last weekend and ordered the Vegan Special which came with vegan cheese, olives, roasted potatoes, and onions. It was a really nice pizza, and there’s also an option of dips with clear vegan labels.
The choice is too small however, the only other option was the classic margarita pizza, so it’d be nice to see more options on their menu.

Nice margherita

Ordered on Deliveroo. Had the option of adding vegan cheese to an accidentally vegan pizza. Was quite a floppy pizza but very tasty. Not a lot of other vegan options though.

Delicious

Really delicious vegan pizza! I chose the vg special and it was so nice. Roasted potatoes, olive paste, cherry tomatoes, vegan cheese, shallots

Pros: Delicious pizza bases, Two marked options (plain pizza and a special), Can change other pizzas to vegan cheese
