Was stoked to find this place when airports can be such a vegan food desert. Everything is well marked and there are lots of vegan (and GF) options like burritos, overnight oats, and pastries.

Go-To SEA-TAC Eatery - Edit
Whenever I am at the SEA-TAC airport with enough time for a meal, I always stop at Floret. I have never been disappointed with their food. The portions are big, the flavors delicious, and although the number of vegan options isn't very high, the variety is enough that I never get bored—even though I almost always choose the same things!
Read moreIt's been great that despite how busy they always seem to be, I've never had to wait very long to get a seat. The staff are always upbeat even when they're hurrying around trying to take care of everything. The only thing that could make this place perfect is if it was fully vegan.

I’ve been a number of times always hoping for better but I have yet to eat anything actually good here. The service is always super kind and fast, and the sweet potato fries are ok, but both the tofu sandwich and the black bean burger are close to inedible. It’s so expensive for food that is slimy and overly rich. I am kind of bummed after every meal I’ve eaten here.

I love SeaTac, I love Floret - Edit
I love Cafe Flora so I was excited to try out the grab and go options of Floret. Everything I ordered was delicious. For breakfast, I got an iced lavender latte with oat milk and tofu kale yam breakfast burrito. For lunch, I had the tahini almond noodles and brownie.

I got the chickpea and bulgar wheat grain bowl and a chia seed pudding from the grab and go area, and they were extremely filling. Some items have to be ordered as takeout from the restaurant- this includes everything on the kids menu

I go here every time I’m at SeaTac, if they’re open. I’m always excited to go to this airport because I know the pain of traveling and being vegan and am glad to know I can have good food.
Read moreI prefer their breakfast menu. I recommend getting one of their baked goods, or at least save for later in your travel day. I think their cinnamon rolls are overhyped. I like their drinks options: cafe and alcoholic! I will say: you have to remember it’s a vegetarian restaurant, not vegan because I tend to forget to ask for their vegan swaps until the waiter asks me. Outlets around for customers to use.

Such an a awesome option for vegans at Seattle airport! The sweet and spicy tofu sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the crispy coconut cauliflower app was so light and crispy, not greasy at all! We’ll remember this one for sure.

I love that this is even an option in an airport!! Not many other airports have a veggie/vegan restaurant, so that in itself is very exciting. The food was good, but definitely airport prices. Menu clearly labeled showing what can and can’t be vegan. The rosemary lemonade was so good.

A fully vegetarian restaurant with a ton of vegan and gluten free options in an airport?! Amazing. I usually struggle to find anything to eat at airports. I stopped in for the garlic yam fries and a lemonade (I had just eaten) just to support. Both were delicious and staff were friendly and attentive.

I wasted $15 on the smallest vegan banana muffin to man that tastes more like ginger bread than banana and a chai latte with oatmilk that legitimately tastes like hot water. Worst food I have had in years and I’m not going to eat it. Their grab and go has to do better

Three breakfast dishes were vegan or could be made vegan, along with all the lunch/ dinner entrees. My tofu sandwich and sweet potato fries were delicious! I particularly liked the aioli (which is good because the ketchup was salty).

This was one of the best places to eat in an airport! The food was delicious and was quick to come despite there being a lot of people eating lunch in the sitting area. They also have a to-go section but we didn't check out what they had.

I tried the sesame tofu wrap and it's so salty! I can't finish the other half. I hope that it was just an off-day with this one. I'm glad the vegan options exist but it's not a rave review for me.

This is the airport version of a beloved Seattle vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options. They have a grab-and-go area and a sit-down area. There are so many great options, honestly just go here. The cinnamon roll and yam fries are a couple of highlights.

Last Minute Meal for Ling Haul Flight - Edit
I found out I wouldn’t be getting the Vegan meal I thought I had reserved for a 12-hour flight, so I picked up some grab-and-go things from Floret for the flight, and boy, am I glad I did. I got two wraps and a noodle bowl, and they were all delicious with amazing sauces. The kale chaser wrap was probably the highlight if I had to choose one, but it seems like everything there is excellent, especially the sauces.
