Possibly the best messy finger licking good sandwich I’ve ever had! - Edit
The sweet and spicy crispy tofu sandwich with sweet potato fries and garlic aioli, oh my goodness it was delicious! Flavorful and messy as could be. Tofu never tasted so good!

I missed the breakfast menu by minutes (boo) but they had a spicy tofu sandwich with cole slaw and yam fries. Chipotle aioli dipping sauce was great with the fries. Sandwich was good, tofu was a bit soft for it being the main component of the sandwich. Decent prices for vegan airport food. Definitely trying the cinnamon bun on my next layover.

How nice to have a solid option in the airport! I didn’t have time to sit and eat so i opted for some grab and go snacks to bring on my flight.
Read more*update to add.. I sat and ate! Cinnamon roll was amazing as was the Caesar salad and the portobello French dip (be sure to specify vegan for both). Possibly going to be having more layovers here in the near future and I look forward to eating here again!

I had the grab and go superfood salad, with kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds, and blueberries. Tasty and just enough to fill me up without being too heavy.

I went with the grain bowl. Best airport food I’ve had probably ever. They’re happy to make some of the vegetarian dishes vegan. My cappuccino was subpar.

What's not to love? The food is good, fresh, and they bring it to you quickly. Really nice staff. They also have packaging and a carry bag ready to go so you can take leftovers on your flight.

A very tasty burrito - Edit
I stopped and grabbed a vegan burrito before boarding my flight. They have a grab and go area and a sit down restaurant. The burrito was made fresh and hot pressed so it was hot and crispy (a nice touch). The burrito was loaded with kale, tofu and veggies. I really enjoyed it.

As I have a 45 min layover today, I dined in and bought a meal to go for later. Everything was delicious, fresh and the menu is seasonal! I honestly have never had a better dining experience as a vegan at an airport!

Read moreKicked myself as I went straight to crispy tofu sandwich based on reviews. Found other options after that sound great too. Glad I didn’t cancel it as it was really good.
Another point I rarely make. It filled me up so much I could only eat half the sweet potato fries. And I like the fries! The coconut cake and cinnamon roll looked good too but no room.

5 stars for being able to get vegan food at 4:30AM in an airport! The Floret Vegan burrito was great and very flavorful. It was ready quickly, even with a long line. There are some pre-made vegan wraps, bowls, and snacks as well. The only downside to Floret is that a lot of the options here are only vegetarian.

I ordered the scrambled tofu and specified vegan. Correctly received the tofu, but it was served with dairy goat cheese, part of which I ate.
Read morePointed this out to the server after getting suspicious of it, who offered no apology, just a “let me get that out of the way for you.”
I would expect more cognizance and understanding from a vegetarian restaurant with labeled vegan items.
Shame too, since it’s been a good option at SeaTac. Wouldn’t write it off forever, but be vigilant.
