This place makes food payed by the kg! The taste is incredible and the options are plenty. You can literally take one spoonful of each otpion, and they are dozens, and then have a giant dinner of anything you can think of.

Actually the best vegan food I've ever eaten in my entire life. I'm from Melbourne Australia where the vegan food is fantastic but Flora tops everything I've ever had. It was the highlight of Verona for me. I went three times in one and a half days. My mum is also gluten intolerant so it was good for her to be able to order anything off the menu and other allergens are clearly noted. Lunch was a buffet style where you pay by weight so of course I took a bit of everything! So delicious! Surprising yet familiar flavours. For dinner the first night we tried the seven course degustation where you get to try a bit of everything and omg was it incredibly delicious. Really interesting food and flavours with a mix of raw and cooked. Dessert was omg incredible. Can't even describe how good it was. Definitely worth a trip to verona just to try this restaurant!!! And the owner is the most lovely person! Staff are wonderful too. Everyone is so warm and kind and you feel really at home.

I had a mixed experience in that restaurant. They serve good quality vegan food, some of the dishes are delicious. On the other hand, some taste a little odd.
The main difficulty was communication: The waiter tried very hard, but his English was poor, and couldn't explain the dishes to us, and even got our orders wrong, so we got something other than what we ordered. But it was quality food after all.
Try their 4-in-1 Apple dessert.

I had dinner here a couple of months ago. As I have just joined the happy cow , so memorable was this dining experience that I could not let it slip away with all the other places I have visited prior to finding this site. I am in the catering industry so really love my food. Some may say it is pricey but it should be rembered that you are paying for top quality ingredients and you can almost taste the love. I cannot wait for my next trip to Verona as this will be my first stop.

I love this restaurant, the place and the food. As a buffet you can try everything you want and for me it was not so expensive, most of the vegan (or with vegan options) restaurants in Italy are more expensive than this one. Also the desserts are really good, I spent 20euros, but I ate much food, the dessert and the extract of the day as beverage. Really good, I recomend it.

One of the 2 vegan restaurants in the center. Very good buffet at lunch. Very nice place. A little expensive. I payed 10 euros for a dish. But I whink that eating in restaurants in verona is expensive in general. The place and food great and recommended. Was nice that is vegan, gluten free and bio. The 3 characteristics!
At midday, lunch, there is buffet by weight. At evening is a la carta.

After 6 days cycling in the Dolomites we were on the hunt for an excellent vegan restaurant- tired of mista salads, grilled veggies, pasta with red sauce. We loved Flora- fresh, tasty, creative ,diverse, friendly and near by the coliseum. If you are in Verona you want to eat here. The lunch buffet had so many cold and hot choices. You pay by the #. We have 1 more day here and will be back for dinner and maybe another lunch :)

We went for the lunch time buffet and tried each dish (all gluten free and vegan). It was simply incredible. We asked the host if the restaurant had a cookbook, it was that good (unfortunately no). All the food was light but filling, and left us happily stuffed. Beautiful setting as well. Please go and give your taste buds a treat.

Wir waren zum Buffet dort. Es gab interessante und leckere, vegane Leckereien, warm und kalt. Preis war pro Gramm, etwas teurer.
Stylisch eingerichtet aber leider keinen Garten zum draußen sitzen. Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

My partner and I had a wonderful dinner at Flora. The food was all beautifully prepared and presented, wonderfully fresh and made use of local, seasonal ingredients. The raw 'spaghetti' was a particular highlight in a meal full of exciting and novel flavours. We were both impressed and inspired.

Ristorante veramente ottimo, i piatti sono preparati con cura, le ricette sono originali e la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati è elevata e si sente. Anche l'ambiente è delizioso. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
