Excellent Indian restaurant in Amarillo - Edit
First off the food was delicious, probably my new favorite Indian spot in Amarillo, assuming nothing changes. I was a little worried because our waiter didn't seem very knowlegable about what was vegan and wasn't (which does make sense because the restaurant is new), and I found myself having to ask "Is there butter, yogurt, or any dairy in this?" However, soon after our order was placed, the chef came out to ask if I was vegan and talked about the menu more in depth.
