Fine dining experience - Edit
We stayed at Finch Bay and dined out beside the pool each night at a candlelit table. Make sure to book a table outside at least a day in advance. The service was impeccable with a range of tasty vegan options and some great wines too. It’s a short (few minutes) boat ride across from the main harbour and a 5 minute walk but that just adds to the experience! This is a 5 star vegan restaurant for the island as there are no fully vegan restaurants in the Galapagos that serve this quality of food.
