Nice pad thai - Edit
I really enjoyed the tofu pad thai here! Another time i ordered the drunken noodles and asked for it vegan - a big mistake as it had zero flavour without the fish and oyster sauce, only seasoned with soy sauce. The Vietnamese rolls were also underwhelming. I would go back again as nice atmosphere - but will only order the pad thai!

After STRUGGLING to find vegan food in Ecuador, I was so happy to stumble across this restaurant on my first night in the Galapagos! The food was so good and I was so happy to have protein! I actually came back two more times after the first meal! I tried the summer rolls, the pad Thai and the vegan poke bowl, all of which were spectacular! They had good beer too!

About 6 choices, we had the Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls. They were fresh and delicious! Also serve great cocktails.

Few options - Edit
Was looking forward to getting a good dinner. 15 minutes after placing my order, I was told that they did not have any tofu. They asked if I wanted to substitute eggs. That defaulted the options to no protein source. Getting protein here in Puerto Ayora is tough, so it was a disappointment. I opted to keep my order of the spring rolls and declined the tofu dish.
Read moreThe spring rolls were just veggies so not very filling. The sauce was too sweet.
Cons: No protein source, Service- why wait 15 minutes to tell me no tofu

Good vegan options - Edit
They have clearly marked vegan options on the menu. They have a vegan pad thai, but I asked if they could make the drunken noodles vegan and they said it wasn't a problem. We also got the vegan banh mi. Overall it was good, but honestly the tofu was a little weird. It was crispy but wasn't seasoned/sauced and it tasted like whatever Cornstarch or cornstarch equivalent they used to get it crispy. Was still happy to have a protein option though.

An alternative for vegans - Edit
I this bar like restaurant they offer some vegan dishes and dishes can be veganized. They have fresh Asian style cuisine and they have a ricebowl, vegan summerrolls, and some other vegan dishes on the menu. Clarify if you do not want them to use fish sauce.
