Clean vegan options in Monroe - Edit
When traveling across country on I-20 if you're vegan, wondering where your next meal is coming from can be stressful. Fiesta Nutrition Center is not far at all off the interstate and although their vegan offerings in the cafe, Cilantro Bistro, were limited to tomato, avocado and spinach sandwiches on whole wheat bread and vegan lasagna, we were very thankful to find this place and the sandwiches were great. The staff were all very nice and the store was clean and seemed to be well-stocked.
Pros: vegan options, close to the interstate for travelers, food was good
Cons: only two vegan options when we stopped by

Life Saver during my stay at Monroe - Edit
The food at the Bistro cafe inside of Fiesta Health Food store was delicious. I was able to eat healthy during my week long stay in Monroe. The employees were also very helpful and knowledgable. The store had an impressive inventory of outstanding food, vitamins, frozen goods, cosmetics, snacks, nuts, and produce.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, good value

Nice - Edit
Fiesta offers a flexible inventory of most foods needed to create healthy vegan/vegetarian meals. Prices on some items are multiple times higher than perhaps the local Asian market or other stores' sales, but in general are fairly decent. The owners and employees are extremely helpful and willing to special order items.
Pros: helpful staff, considerable inventory , special orders
Cons: higher prices at times, large focus on supplements/pills
