Not a good experience

The only nice things about my visit to this restaurant were the really cool ambience— this was my first Irish pub experience— and the kind waitress from Boston. The burger I had was really awful. It was a patty made of oatmeal but it just fell apart and was totally bland. I don't know if they forgot to add any kind of sauce to it but I wondered if it was an Irish quirk. Probably not. I hope not. The curry and chips were okay. They ran out of tofu that day so I think I missed out on their better options. Would try to go again just for the ambience.

Fiddler's Hearth has great vegan options.

Visit this Irish Pub on main St in Southbend. My wife had the vegan sheppard's pie, and I had the curry with tofu. Both were excellent, and the portions were large. They also have a house made barley and walnut burger. I'm definitely coming back next time we're in Southbend.

Pros: Great food., Generous portions., Irish pub style.
