What an excellent experience! A family that made us feel at home and welcome vegans and vegetarians with open arms. Amazing food. Especially vegan wines! Absolutely wonderful experience. Such kind people who went out of there way to provide us an an incredible vegan spread. Also offered us a vegetarian pasta sample with their home grown saffron. Would not hesitate to return.

Vegan wines and vegan food to die for! - Edit
We were drawn to Fattoria San Donato by their incredible wine and because we heard they were vegan and what an incredible surprise it turned out to be!
Read moreWhile not a vegan spot, they’re definitely vegan-curious—and it shows in the thoughtful range of plant-based options. The Vernaccia and Chianti completely stole the show, beautifully complemented by dishes like the delicious pici with aglione sauce.
And don’t even get me started on the olive oil—it’s absolutely to die for! The family-run charm, combined with warm service and a focus on high-quality ingredients, made our visit truly memorable. A great find for those looking to explore authentic Tuscan flavors with vegan options in the mix!
P.S. They have the cutest dog named Merlot!
Pros: Great dog, amazing wines, lovely food
