Super freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Er konnte gut englisch und hat uns die veganen Optionen gezeigt und erklärt. Wir hatten die Piadina mit Mushroom Sauce.

I ordered the piodini without the cheese. You choose your dough, the vegan options happen to be an extra euro. And then you can choose your sauce of which there is creama al funghi porcini or an olive pate that are vegan. I liked that it’s not Panini bread, which I was expecting, but you’re not filling up on the bread. This is very thin. I enjoyed the taste and the owner is very nice and accommodating. When I walked up to the counter to pay, the owner asked me if I’d like to enjoy some limoncello. And then the entire family waved and said goodbye. I was the only one in there

Amazing Grilled Veggie Piadina! - Edit
Amazing option for vegetarians in San Gimignano! The verdure grigliate piadina is so delicious and fresh and I would get it again and again. Very knowledgeable staff that was very gracious to explain all possible vegetarian options. Would recommend completely!

Very clear about what options where able to be veganised. I had a piadina with vegetables and olive cream. Very tasty. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The waitress was a very nice and sympathic guy. He knows exactly what I can as a vegan eat and give me some advices. I had a pinada with mushroom cream and it was very good.
