Several vegan options - Edit
There were several, clearly labelled, options when I visit EXKi. I have the vegan bowl and apple compote. Quite good for airport food. The seating area was cramped, needed a clean and the tables were oddly low.

Quite impressed - Edit
Reading the previous reviews, it seems they improved a lot with their vegan range! I took a picture of each vegan option I could find - so convenient given we had such a long layover at this terminal. The only thing to bear in mind is that they're quite pricey (12-13€ on average for a bowl) but things are often more expensive in airports. I had a vegan bowl made with sweet potato, raw veggies and what looked like seitan, as well as a coconut chia pudding, they tasted great and I was glad to find such good options.

Healthy - Edit
The menu was very limited, offering just one sandwich and two types of bowls. I decided to try the Golden Bowl, which featured turmeric hummus, broccoli, chickpeas, and a generous portion of quinoa. Unfortunately, it was tough to eat—overly dry and required a lot of chewing.
Read moreI was tempted to give it only one star, but the fact that it was at least healthy earned it a second. While I’ve had worse airport food, this wasn’t much of an improvement.
Pros: Staff, Three vegan options.

Good number of vegan options, clearly labeled! - Edit
It’s okay! Not the best food ever (cause it’s grab&go), but I was really hungry and happy to find many vegan options including dessert. It was pricey but I mean, what else would you expect from an airport restaurant! Overall, it would be a 3.5

Wouldn’t go back… - Edit
My husband and I attempted to dine here before our flight (there are several locations of this chain in other parts of the Cdg airport, however, I believe this location is the one that is prior to security). We did not enjoy our experience here. While this restaurant offers milk alternatives, we were both served actual dairy milk due to an apparent misunderstanding from staff (I attempted to clarify numerous times that the milk was oat milk and non dairy but apparently this was heard as “hot milk”). I am so grateful my husband is so observant and noticed that the way the milk was frothed on his cappuccino was off, and when he went to confirm with the staff, we ended up realizing that the drinks we received were not vegan prior to tasting either of them. When we brought the receipt to the counter with the drinks, the staff acknowledged that the drinks were made with dairy milk, despite the milk substitutes we ordered being listed on our receipt.
Read moreWe spoke with the supervisor and she ensured the drinks were remade properly, which we appreciated (we didn’t care if it was almond or oat or soy milk at that point we just needed a coffee).
I tried one of the vegan options they had for food and was very put off by the gelatinous texture and absence of taste. On a positive note, I do appreciate that this place uses labels for vegan items and is obviously attempting to be inclusive for diners with different dietary needs. I can see potential for improvement with greater staff knowledge and understanding. Mistakes happen and it’s certainly not the end of the world (especially as we noticed prior to drinking either), but I just wanted to share our experience.

Some vegan options - Edit
The restaurant is located in the public area, in front of the boarding zone.
Read moreIt has a few vegan dishes: a salad, a soup, a couple of hot meals, and also plant-based milk for drinks. Look for the Vegan label in the descriptions.
All things considered, not a bad option if you need to eat (or take away) at the airport.
Pros: quite a few vegan options, location, healthy
Cons: not all vegan, portions could be larger, no vegan desserts

Okay airport food - Edit
Because other places were already closed, I went to Exki and had a Spinach Leek Soup which wasn't bad (but also not mindblowing). They usually have two soup options which were both vegan that fay but ran out of the Pumpkin Soup. The soup cost 5,25€ which was okay for the portion at the airport. The bread was extra but they didn't charge me, maybe because they were about to close. I was just happy I got something warm to eat.

Just okay - Edit
They have more vegan options than I thought, like 4-5 hot or cold meals. I took the "casablanca" hot dish with yellow rice, falafels and aubergine. It was just okay, mostly dry and a bit bland but at least there was something after security that is an actual vegan meal which I didn't expect in france. Would put 2 stars for quality but added one for the many options.

Bad soy latte - Edit
Pre-security cafe Only tried the soy latte. The coffee was flavorless, I think it was mostly soy milk, but the soy milk they used was also a pretty flavorless one, so it was a bit like kinda-creamy water.
Read moreThey had clearly labeled vegan food, like some salads, which is nice (hence the extra star). Though I'd definitely not risky it with getting anything else from here myself. It's a waste but we were three that got soy lattes and we all pitched them :/

Unfortunately, I just had a similar experience when my husband and I recently dined here. Wouldn’t go back here ever.

Very happy with my lunch - Edit
I had often had coffee at Exki before my flights from CDG, but I had never tried the food. I was really surprised to find so many vegan options clearly labelled. I had a bowl with red rice, kale, sweet potato, lentil hummus and lots of herbs organic fruit and I really liked it. So pleased to find a healthy and tasty lunch before a long flight, it makes such a difference from standard airport food. Highly recommended.

Surprised - Edit
Wasn’t really expecting much since they didn’t have a lot of vegan options but the Casablanca hot plate was quite delicious. Although it was a bit expensive for what it was, it tasted really good and was filling.

A bit blend - Edit
Picked up two vegan salads (one with red hummus and one with noodles) and had them on the plane. Was a bit disappointed because I found it very blend and tasteless it also did not appear to be very fresh. Will not come again.
