Patronising and awful for veggies and vegans. Get the impression they will pick the meat out of some dishes for a veggie from what the waiter said

I am a performer and tour around the world, but my mouth is still watering thinking of the feast that was created for us in Bergen by Torbjorn from Escalon Tapas. He fully understood the concept of vegetarian and VEGAN. Not often fathomed, especially in Norway.The group(13 people, amixture of meat,pescetarian,vegetarian and vegan)got food delivered to the venue before the show and it was superb.Everyone loved it. I only rang him in the morning and he sure came up with the goods!!!! Lovely, healthy and fresh food! If in Bergen, give the place a visit!!
