Clearly labelled - Edit
Tasty. Spring rolls very crunchy. Mapo Tofu is labelled with 2 chillis but I found to be mild as I am used to spicy. Few too many coriander seeds to my liking but did not affect my enjoyment. Bowl of white rice given to share (not photographed)

ITEMS LABELED VEGAN ARENT VEGAN - Edit
Multiple items labeled as vegan are NOT vegan. Spring rolls had cheese in them and the dumplings have oyster sauce. Don't trust the vegan labels on the menu, they are not accurate at all.

So good! - Edit
I would give a five star, but they’re not totally vegan. All vegan options are clearly marked. The people that work there are unbelievably friendly. Clean and tastefully decorated. The food was so good. I cannot say enough good things about this place and would definitely go back again.

We got the aubergine clay pot and mapo tofu which were both delicious, vegetable gyoza for starters which were super gingery, and mango sago for dessert.

They opened before opening time, welcomed by warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Food was beyond all expections (well not all, since they had top score here at happy cow)

Alles in allem: Top!

Nice food - Edit
Not my favourite Chinese food but still nice. The tea was very expensive though and had we known that we would have skipped it. It was just jasmin tea and didn't taste amazing enough to warrant the price.

It was OK. Sizeable dishes but lacking in taste - Edit
A good selection of vegan options; I went for the silken tofu dish with szechuan sauce. It was *alright*. All a bit samey in terms of texture and flavour. Lots of it though, so I left feeling full! And restaurant atmosphere was decent.

Fantastic food with very friendly staff. Served very quickly and portions were big. Highly recommend the broccoli and the udon noodles (which weren't spicy at all despite what the menu said). More vegan options than we were able to try in one visit! Also a lovely atmosphere to sit and dine in.

The staff are very polite, the food is full of incredible flavours of garlic, soy sauce, vegetables. We fancied somewhere that offered vegetables, rather than the usual burger and chips. This place did not disappoint. The staff speak good English.

A must visit for Asian food in Bergen - Edit
Soya is a modern Asain restaurant that has two floors (a lot of seating options). There were several vegan options on the menu, which was clearly marked with "Vegan". I ordered Dumpling for starter and Wok Uno Noodles with extra tofu. The dumplings were amazing and the noodles were very good, but I am glad I added the tofu. The tofu bites were big, marinated and tasty.
