Sheepherders Bread, enough said! - Edit
Bishop coffee shops close early, so this was the only place close to me that was open still. Stopped in for one of their 2 vegan latte options for my long drive home, but was pleasantly surprised they still had loads of this original Sheepherders bread and various bread dipping oil. Great place to stop in for fresh baked bread and desserts.

Some vegan options - Edit
Very cool and popular bakery. Sourdough is great! I wish they offered more vegan options like pastries etc. Cafe menu has some clearly labeled vegan drinks including Bombay chai, coconut cocoa, and matcha. They offer milk alternatives.

Fantastic bread, delicious veggie sandwich - Edit
A fun stop when in the area. The Vegee sandwich without cheese or mayo is vegan. Hot tip: stop by the Manor Market in town for vegenaise, Violife mature cheddar, & Tofurky (or BYO) to add yourself! Highly recommend this.
