Chia pudding and vegan carrot peach muffin were good options after grim nevada

Tasty and relatively healthy options

Pros: Several good options with plant protein , Alt milks for coffee

Cons: Bit if a wait

Few delish vegan options

Been there twice this week, busy place but line moves quickly ! Vegan blueberry muffin was a hit. Burrito was large and filled with tofu scramble , but not seasoned and minimal veggies inside .
Had a bowl with fried sweet potato , rice and beans , and enjoyed it along with the portion . The veggie sandwich was really satisfying as well .Coffee is good with a variety of alt milks . Pricy , but walked away happy .

Pros: Decent portions , Good fries, Feels fresh

Cons: Pricy alt milk , Limited seating when busy

Great vegan options, great coffee.

This place isn’t fully vegan but they have great vegan options and even vegetarian options that can be veganized. I got the fully vegan breakfast burrito off the menu, so good.

Pros: Decent vegan options.

Cons: Can get packed in the morning.

Good coffee, friendly staff!

Lots of dairy-free milk options and staff was helpful in describing which drinks had dairy in the syrups/flavors. They only had blueberry vegan muffins (which were delicious), but we were informed they usually have more options.

I got the dirty hippie with subbed plant milk. Pretty good, not much vegan food options though

Slim choices, good coffee.

Bishop, by internet search has few V options. Hopeful this place would offer more but alas, fell short. Not a fan of muffins for breakfast but for those who are this might work. Oatmeal was instant and had high sugar. Presentation with fresh blueberries, banana and apples was nice. They split out bowl for us.

Pros: Oatmeal bowl. Hummus roll for the road., Friendly staff. Nice interior, Coffee. Tea. pastries. Soy & Almond milk.

Cons: Need more vegan options . Mostly VG. , Suspect oats instant packet with sugar added🙁, Switch to no sugar, no salt oatmeal packets.

Muffins! BUT HURRY

update:THEY RUN OUT FAST! I moved to bishop to work on the mountain for the season and i have only had the muffin once because of how fast they run out, call ahead so you don’t waste your time if you want one!
I love the vegan muffins, i got the lemon blueberry, make sure you call ahead to see if they have any, i called and put mine on hold until i got there, they were sold out by the time i got there. I also got the veggie burrito, no eggs, extra potato, it was pretty good, it came with a slice of orange that was good. You can bring your own cup to get coffee too which i thought was cool.

Pros: vegan muffins! , able to bring re-useable cups

Cons: burrito needs more spices, they run out of vegan muffins FAST

Thai Buddha bowl, black bean burrito, and vegan pastries.

Soy, almond, hemp, and coconut milk. Tasty peanut ginger Buddha bowl and burrito was great.

Pros: Burrito and bowl. , Sunny interior. , Friendly staff.

love their muffins

My personal favorite is the orange, carrot, walnut vegan muffin. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will make their vegetarian bowls vegan upon request.
