Falls Short

Always recommended to me by friends but having essentially one vegan option that's full price and having to remove a few things doesn't work for me. Shouldn't even be listed imo

One of the few, but delicious vegan options in Bishop

The options in Bishop could not be more limited, but thankfully what we do have we do well. My go-to is the Havana burrito with tofu, no cheese (queso). It is hearty and delicious. The staff is extremely nice, and as long as you don't go during a lunch rush the wait time is only around 10 minutes. They have always accommodated me and my vegan variations when possible. There is also a secondary Mammoth food truck location, but I have not been there yet.
