No soup for you! - Edit
We were hoping the Pho could be vegan but no go. So it was papaya salad for my wife, pad Thai for me. It was OK, not great.

Solid option in the food market. I couldn’t see too many vegan options in the other stores there but this place had a fair few items that could be made vegan. It’s not cheap, but it was a great size portion of noodles with tofu.

Been wanting to try it for a while, finally did. Lots of noodle options that can be made vegan by specifying to fish sauce. We had the Tom Ka noodles which were delicious. The lemongrass and mushrooms were delicious. Very flavorful!

Delicious noodles. I ordered the Pan Fried Pancit Noodle (specified vegan when ordering—tofu and no fish sauce). It was very tasty and came with several types of mushrooms. The worker informed me that the fried tofu is fried in the same fryer as other products, so order your tofu steamed if you prefer not to have that crossover.

There are several noodle bowls that can be ordered vegan (specify vegan when ordering) and can include tofu. Lots of mushrooms and veggies.
