A decent option in Samarkand

Only a handful of vegan options here, but Samarkand is almost a vegan desert, so it's nice to have a couple of things that are not pumpkin manti. Waitstaff doesn't understand "vegan" but does speak English and did okay with "vegetarian, no eggs or milk."
I went here a couple of times and had the hummus, muhamara (red pepper and walnut dip), fatoush, vegetable wok, and a couple of sides. The food was fine, all things considered.
