Small, but good for vegans - Edit
It has the most variety of vegan products in Salamanca - tofu, seitan, vegan pate, vegan tortilla, vegan churitzo, vegan cheese, etc. The only other place to get this type of food is El Corte Ingles, but there is less variety and it is more expensive for the same thing. This shop also has a good variety vitamins, including B12.

Estupenda tienda de productos ecológicos - Edit
Es una estupenda tienda de productos ecológicos. Tienen mucha oferta, sobretodo si eres vegetariano o vegetariana. Los precios son elevados, pero no tanto como los herbolarios tradicionales.
Pros: Muchas opciones para vegetarianos
Cons: Relativamente caro.

Not much for vegans. - Edit
This place might be good for vegetarians and "alternative medicine" types but I found it not really good for vegans at all.
I managed to find a couple of sandwich fillings and a pastry that didn't contain eggs but was otherwise extremely underwhelmed.
(What is it with the eggs? Ethics aside, don't you think about how they are excreted from a bird's vagina?)
Cons: Not much at all for vegans, Eggs, More eggs.

turion 26 Jun 2013 - When I asked them, they managed to find a lot of cookies and magdalenas that were vegan.
