Caution-2 sandwiches in”Vegan Corner@ have animal meat and cheese. - Edit
I was excited to see that this airport restaurant had a “vegan corner.”  Unfortunately two of the 10 items in it are not vegan. There is a tuna and vegetable wrap, and a ham and cheese wrap that are made with real animal products. I confirmed this with staff.

The Sandwich I had was very lackluster. Paying 6€ for 2 pieces of cheap toast some salad and 1 piece of vegan cheese just feels like a rip-off. If you can make yourself a Sandwich beforhand for the flight.

Superb vegan sandwiches - Edit
They have some vegan sandwiches, one of them even has vegan cheese. Definitively the most vegan friendly place at T4. They also carry kombucha from Flax & Kale brand, which is my favourite spanish one. I would give them 5 stars if I could.

Listen, for an airport in Spain, this find was quite the lovely surprise! Tasted great and maybe I’m just so used to the bare minimum in airports (crisps and the odd hummus wrap), but I was very happy!

Besides the typical fruit salads, they also have a couple vegan sandwiches. Maybe it's because my flight left early in the morning but the one I had didn't taste very fresh. I also remember having the worst poké bowl I've ever had a while ago in this place.
