Lots of food options - Edit
I’ve had the teryaki ‘chicken’ and the pistachio cookie, cookie is fantastic and the teriyaki bowl is good. Large portion sizes. But very expensive.

Pas mal de choix - Edit
Il y a beaucoup de choix, mais il y a des produits labelisés vegan et d’autres non alors qu’ils le sont, ce n’est pas très clair. Ça reste de la nourriture d’aéroport et c’est plutôt cher mais ça fait du bien d’avoir un peu de choix. (J’ai pris un pad thaï, un muffin choco poire et un croissant )

Cuidado, etiquetas “Plant Based” erróneas. - Edit
He estado dos veces en la última semana y, dependiendo de la persona que te atienda, te dicen que algo es “vegano” o no, incluso con productos con la etiqueta “plant based” te dicen que contiene lácteos o huevos… Mucha confusión en el personal, que en general no parece conocer bien los ingredientes de sus platos.
Read moreCuidado también con la leche, a pesar de pedir leche vegetal me pusieron leche de vaca… Me aseguraron tres veces que era de avena pero era de vaca al 100%, después me lo reemplazaron por un café con leche de avena y la diferencia era clarísima.
Tristemente es de los pocos lugares con opciones en el aeropuerto, pero no es un lugar en el que puedas pedir tranquilo ni fiarte de las etiquetas de los platos…

Refreshing airport dining - Edit
A few years ago, an airport restaurant like this would have been impossible to find, especially for breakfast. All the muffins were vegan; my pear-chocolate muffin, made with rice flour, was very good. I also had a vegan chapata with faux chicken, mushrooms, and faux cheddar, and it was quite tasty. (It was branded “teriyaki” but there was nothing teriyaki about it.) The physical space in Terminal 4 is big, open, and pleasant. It suffers from the usual airport restaurant indignities, like uneven reheating. But it’s still a big step forward.

Good variety, clearly labeled as plant-based. Cookies, salads, sandwiches, mains and more. I had a vegan croissant wich was actually really good! The red velvet Muffin was fine for me but too mushy for my friend.

Parada obligatoria en la T4 - Edit
Todo es de calidad y casi toda la carta es plant based. Siempre que viajo me dejo caer por aquí, ya sea para un snack, comer de menú, tomar un dulce o un tentempié rápido para llevar, es la mejor opción en el aeropuerto, a pesar de los precios pero, ¿qué no es caro en el aeropuerto? Merece la pena.

I had the falafels and hummus bowl, and the classic pear chocolate muffin, all were good.
Pros: Finally a choice of vegan pastries !

This was a great sandwich. Good range of salads and cakes and juices. Expensive (€14.90 for a sandwich and juice). It’s nearish to some toilets near J42. There’s also a pret near K62

Finally a decent option for vegans - Edit
Of course like all airport food shops, prices are not cheap, but at least vegans can finally find decent meal and snack options. Too bad their kombucha is artificially carbonated though, I used to buy theirs but stopped when I found out they added the gas artificially.
