Serves meat, vegan options available. Farm-to-fork concept New American cuisine. Menu changes but will have vegan items, such as leek and asparagus panisse 22, cashew crema and English peas, maiitake mushrooms, pea shoots, red chermoula. Every Monday is a rotating 3 course meal. A different vegan appetizer, entree, and dessert every week in addition to the vegan options already on the standard menu.
