Friendly, vegan menu - Edit
The staff were nice and once I said the magic vegan word, they gave me the small, but selective vegan menu. The food is not great, but it's vegan in Spain and that's hard to find. Be careful relying on them being open though. I asked the waiter when they would be open the next day and that matched their hours online. I went and they were closed! No sign, no idea why, am hour later they were still closed. There's really noting else around that has veg food so that's a bummer.

The soup was disgusting, and the burger wasn't a burger just ap patty and tomatos. The patty was from the frozen food section of the supermarket. It was the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

Die Speisekarte umfasst einen eigenen, veganen Bereich. Wir hatten den Hamburger mit Gemüsepatty und Pommes. Die Gerichte sind nicht aufwendig dekoriert, sondern eher schlicht gehalten, was dem Geschmack aber keinen Abbruch tut :). Der Burger war vor allem mit dem gemüsepatty sehr lecker und eine tolle Abwechslung zu den Fleischersatzpattys, die es sonst oft gibt.

I came here while doing the Camino and it was great! We got a garbanzo and veggie stew, pimientos de padrón, and a salad and all were fresh tasting and delicious. The service was friendly, and there were 2 pages of clearly marked vegan options. Would recommend!

It was Fol Melide on April 30th. We went there for dinner. They were serving only croquettes and hamburgers, both came in veg and non veg options. And salads.

Great service and vegan options on the Camino - Edit
There were two pages of vegan and vegetarian dishes, including vegan versions of classic Galician cuisine. But the best part was the very professional and friendly service. We were a couple walking the Camino and looking for vegan options. It was a Monday night and we were dining a little early. The owner/chef treated us, the only guests, like we were the most important people in the world to him. We had a great meal and a unique, friendly encounter with a resident of a community along the Camino.
