When looking around the Lanes in Brighton we stumbled across this cute little Italian restaurant. We were pleased with the prices and the fact that there was a vegan menu available on request! The only downside is that the service was notably slow on the day of our visit. We ordered water for the table as well as asked to see the vegan menu and didn’t get either of these things for another 30 mins, even after a few reminders. Nonetheless I was happy to order a vegan version of pasta puttanesca with garlic, olives, capers, green peppers, and tomato. The portion size was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my pasta!

Affordable prices - Edit
The food is quite normal, big portion sizes and very affordable prices. I had the mushroom risotto, and they had several other vegan options. I recommend it if you’re looking for a place to eat a lot for a good price.

We came here as a big group on a very busy Saturday. Parts of the menu were labelled with vegan, but it was missing in some areas.

I was dissapointed that there was no vegan garlic bread option (contains butter).
Service was adequate. Menu could’ve had more vegan options.
