relaxing - Edit
My wife has been to Dobra a number of times and took me there, for my first time, a couple of months ago. I found the atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable. Our server was very helpful and always with a smile.
Pros: atmosphere, server

Amazing tea - Edit
This place deserves 5 stars as a tea house - amazing selection (even a substantial decaf list) & great, relaxing atmosphere. However, as HappyCow is really for eats, I'm rating as "restaurant" - 3 stars.
There are a number of vegan options, but they're mostly appetizers & not that exciting (e.g., hummus & raw veggie plate or rice pilaf). Plenty of gluten-free options, but not many veggies & I wouldn't necessarily recommend as a place to get a proper meal.
Pros: Some vegan options, unique & tranquil atmosphere, Humungous tea menu
Cons: Mist food are appetizers/snacks

Great escape - Edit
Dobra tea has a relaxing environment that puts you at ease right away. Their tea menu is huge, and they have a great selection of vegan and vegetarian snacks. There are so few places to escape from the cold or from the hectic pace of every day life and just sit down and relax. Dobra allows you to just slow down. You might not be able to get a huge meal here, but it is wonderful for a break/light meal/snack.
Pros: Great tea selection, Relaxing environment, Good location in old port

Relaxing, Delicious - Edit
Enjoyed a delicious soy chai and baba ganoush platter; large portion of veggies and pita with it. Highly recommend this little place; great vegan options.
