Staff seemed uninterested to help costumers out. Took a long while to bring me a menu and even longer to take my order, even though there were only three tables when I got there. They were missing a lot of the (main) ingredients in different dishes and when I finally ordered something it only took minutes before

Also no music and the whole ambience was kinda stiff and felt more like a lunch restaurant. The food I got was only average (Valencian rice).

Food was delicious. One of us got the tofu scramble on toast and one the tofu scramble with bacon. Both delicious but expected the bacon dish to be a bit bigger as it was about €5 more expensive (see pictures). Had the pistachio pastry which was gorgeous.

I wish I could’ve gone at night with a totally emty stomach and then I would’ve taken the tapas menu. We went for lunch: shared the artichoke dish and then had our burgers. The place is very cute and staff very nice. The entree was amazing. Burgers were very good.

All the dishes that we tried were very elaborated. I really appreciate restaurants that have new proposals and "veganize" classic dishes with innovation. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because it's a little overpriced.

This place is kind of like that, good Evan food and overpriced not much else to comment on. If I was a local I would go back but since we’re only here for a few days I’ll try some other places in the area

Pedimos o crepe La Tía e o croissant com compota, a acompanhar uma infusão de Rooibos e laranja e um descafeinado com bebida vegetal. Para os crepes, esperava menos chantilly e mais frutos vermelhos. Achei enjoativos, mas bons para variar. O croissant era doce no ponto certo. O descafeinado estava muito bom.

Elegimos varios platos para compartir: ensaladilla, "calamares", hummus de mango y alcachofas. Todos estaban buenísimos pero los calamares fueron mis favoritos. De postre pedimos una tartaleta de pistacho, que también estaba buena pero después de comer tanto se hizo más pesada.

Lovely full vegan restaurant in the heart of Madrid - Edit
Visited this place with non vegan friends and got to say we all loved it.
Read moreWe had a lovely ensaladilla rusa (potato salad) and it was surprisingly good! Specially the combination with the croquant on top.
For mains 2 of us had the "seaside style rice" which was SUPERB! a great blend between a risotto and a seafood paella. It was delicious really.
The remaining friend ordered the dry ramen and she also liked it.
Sadly we didn't order desserts as we ate a bit too close to their closing time.
Sad to see it has some negative reviews but taste is subjective after all.
My only reason for not giving it 5 stars it that the portions could be a bit bigger!

The service was poor - we had to constantly wave to the waiter who was more interested chatting to his friend. The focaccio bread was cold and old tasting. The chai latte was watery. The noodles oily and greasy. I hope the owners up the standards! So sad when vegan places don’t live up to their potential.

I visited with non-vegan friends and we asked the waiter to bring us a variety of the restaurant’s best dishes. The dishes used a lot of fake meats and cheeses, which I’m not a big fan of and which didn’t impress my friends. Most dishes were potato-heavy. I found that flavour was a bit lacking, but the dishes were still good. The dessert was very good. Unfortunately this wasn’t the best introduction to vegan food for my non-vegan friends, but I think we might have been led astray with our dish recommendations since the restaurant shows lots of potential.

This place was recommended to me by a friend in NY & I’m so glad I went. Went on the early side so there wasn’t a need to make a reservation. The menu isn’t massive but everything listed sounded really great. Ordered the “calamari” starter that was made out of mushroom. Crispy rings that came with an aioli on the side. My main was a burger that was a “salmon” burger. They utilize nori to give it that salty seafood taste. This came with the light airy potatoes that were so so good. For dessert I ordered the berry cheesecake which had a great texture (pretty close to the real thing). I wasn’t even hungry for it but got it regardless. Enjoyed some wine with my dinner served by the friendly staff. Hope to get back there again on my next trip to Madrid!!
