Good Basic Supply - Edit
The supermarket offers a lot of produce, dried fruits and nuts as well as other daily food supply. Since everything is imported, prices are quite high. There is no real conscience of organic food or sustainability (plastic bags). Staff is fine. Open also out of season!

Rude staff - Edit
Handy little shop for grains etc not much “vegan” specific food or anything but the staff are just so rude! Probably the only unhappy people we’ve encountered in kefalonia. There are so many fresh market stalls all down the road that had friendly staff. The lady that served us just threw our produce in the bag and all but chucked the change at us. Avoid as Not worth the bad vibes

Good alternative for regular supermarkets - Edit
If you are in Argostoli, in need for groceries, it is recommended to go here. You will not find any meat counters like in other supermarkets.

Unfortunately a fair amount of plastic is used and not all the fruits looked fresh. Having said that, this supermarket is a haven for vegans/vegetarians who are sick of having to smell and see the large supplies of meats in the other supermarkets.
Pros: Plant based products only, Large selection of legumes, nuts , etc, lay-out of supermarket
Cons: Not everything looked fresh, Amount of plastic
