This is my favorite vegetarian place in Aguascalientes. As of August 2026 they are open on Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday for lunch starting at 1:00 p.m. The meal of the day is currently 170 pesos. You can go over and look at the food on the buffet but they will bring to your table a salad and a bowl of soup and then the main plate with five or six items. Feel free to look at the food on the buffet to make sure that you want everything there because they will give you a plate with every one of those items. They also gave me a glass of lemonade and a glass of a banana drink. You also get a dessert. If you are still hungry after eating all of that they will give you more food for free! The food there is very good and the dining room is beautiful and quiet.

The restaurant is very beautiful and spacious. For 150 pesos, they offer a set menu, which they call a tableside buffet, which includes two generous salsas—a spicy one and a plain one—with tostadas, a generous salad, a soup, a plate of five or six different dishes, a dessert, and a carafe of fruit juice. You can ask for seconds of your favorite dishes. Everything is very good.
