For the last few days, I’ve been eating beans every day to sustain myself— as much as I love beans, stocking up on some variety definitely helps, as there are scarce options in the Rancho I’m visiting. This place is a godsend — they have faux meats, different cheeses (cheddar, mozz, etc.) as well as some dry goods ranging from protein cookies, canned pozole, nooch — among other things. Aguascalientes isn’t the most vegan-friendly city, but having places such as this helps a ton

Lots of options

It’s a nice local store, they have cheese, meats, milk, candies, ice cream and more. Prices are reasonable.

Pros: Everything is vegan
