Great Burgers & Fries - Edit
Great little spot tucked into the back of the lower level of The Hillside. They have the vegan Impossible burger, sweet potato fries, and empanadas.

The restaurant itself is tucked back in the plaza. Good for shade. Food was good. First time eating an impossible burger, it was very good👍

Great Impossible Burgers - Edit
It was a little bit difficult to find at first but it seems to be a popular spot with the locals. We went for the Impossible Burger which we had with a side of fries. It tasted great and is clearly labeled vegan on the menu, however there aren't many vegan burgers on the menu. The waitress was friendly and the service was efficient. Unsure if the aioli served with the fries was vegan so I just avoided eating it.

This restaurant is super cute and service was great. We ordered the tostones as an appetizer which were phenomenal!!! We also had the vegan Impossible Burger and added a portobello mushroom to each ~ the burgers were really good! Overall we had a nice experience at this establishment and would come back again if in the mood for burgers.

Clearly Marked Vegan Option - Edit
Saw this little burger place awhile ago and on a recent pass by noticed they offered the Impossible Burger. Stopped in and gave it a try. It was great and have been back since! They have a full bar and offer outdoor seating, along with live music on select nights.
