Unique and extensive vegan offerings - Edit
You don't frequently see vegan empanadas on the menu, let alone multiple different kinds! They definitely stole the show and were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the Colombian chick'n sandwich. Apparently, the owner is from Argentina and that's where the restaurant was originally located before they moved here. It's not common to find an Argentinian place with vegan offerings, let alone extensive and thoughtfully prepared ones, and this was well worth the visit. Probably our favorite meal on the whole trip! Service was very friendly and cocktails were great too.

Best meal of vaca!! - Edit
My family has been traveling through CA and AZ for the past week, and this has been hands down my favorite meal so far! I got the vegan empanada flight with a side of vegan mac and cheese. I cannot say enough about it! I’m not usually one to go with mac and cheese because I am pretty picky about my vegan cheeses…. This was spot on for classic mac!! The empanadas were light and crispy on the outside, so tasty on the inside!! Hard to say which was my favorite!! The meal left me satisfyingly full. The rest of my family is not vegan, and they all very much enjoyed their meals as well. They had ham/cheese empanadas, Cuban, and Buffalo wings. Do not skip this place when you are in town!!

This is one of my go-to spots for vegan food as well. I am chef at VeggieEAT a few blocks away - but it’s always nice to have something different- and not have to cook it myself 😅. I might give the V Empanadas another go but I was extremely underwhelmed; and I wouldn’t say I was even close to a picky eater. My date took a bite and spit it out in her napkin. I didn’t complain but I just told them that they aren’t for me and that I would stick to my favs. You Absolutely MUST try the Columbian Vegan Chicken sandwich and the V Lasagne…. I have been back for them at least 10 times and I’ve only lived in the VOC for a few months.

Delicious - Edit
Lots of options. We got the lasagna, Mac and cheese, empanadas, and chicken nuggets. The lasagna was our favorite. Empanadas were edible but disappointing. Mac and cheese pasta was over cooked but sauce was terrific. Not the best vegan meal but great options and would come again. Good beer menu too😄

Great vegan menu for burgers - Edit
I like that they have a full vegan menu. My favorite are their vegan chikn sandwiches. The yuka fries are really good but really oily. Also they have some vegan deserts sometimes. I just make sure they don’t serve me the wrong one, if they say - have a vegan and none vegan brownie.

Huge vegan menu - Edit
The sign mentions Argentine food, so it’s unexpected, but this place has a huge vegan menu and many vegetarian options. There was ample parking and fast service. A far better choice than anywhere in Sedona if you are pressed on time.

Lots of vegan choices now with separate vegan menu... - Edit
Been here several times and had the vegan 'fried chicken' and once the vegan beet burger...yum. Today going to get the vegan empanadas. They have many vegan burgers now, vegan egg add on...vegan sauces and flavoring. I am uploading their vegan menu here!
Read moreUpdate: They have moved to a new location and the menu I uploaded is different from the newest one. Still excellent food! And new location is much larger inside and nicer!
I wish it will let me give 5 stars it so great but Happy Cow only allows it to vote up to 4 stars if i the restaurant serves meat.

Great spot for vegan options in Sedona/Valley Oak Creek! We loved the vegan Empanadas flight, vegan Mac n cheese, and the vegan burger! They even have vegan deserts. See the separate plant based menu! Patio is dog friendly!

Plenty of options - Edit
Most of the vegan menu entrees include a side, and the separate vegan menu has many options. I had the Mac & cheese (they were out of the vegan meatballs), sweet potato fries, plantain chips, and a mezcal margarita, and paid just under $40 - not bad for Sedona! Portions seemed average to large, and service was friendly. 3 stars because nothing seemed "outstanding" other than the price. But it's a solid place to go for plenty of comfort food options at a decent price.

Sedona Restaurant with Good Plant Based Options - Edit
There are 4 or 5 restaurants in Sedona with Plant Based options of note. This is one. They have a main menu featuring animal derived food yeas; but they have a separate Vegan menu with many wonderful options. My wife and I avoid industrially produced "meat substitutes" so, I ordered the Doner Shroomer, a wonderful mushroom and sauce sandwich I thoroughly recommend. Linda had a bean burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The kale slaw was great as well. The vegan chick'n sandwich and vegan empanadas sound good.

Good food - Edit
They sadly ran out of the doner shroomer, which sounds delicious.
Read moreWe had the vegan empanadas and the chicken Colombian sandwich and Mac and cheese
Both were quite tasty and inventive, in particular the chicken itself. Mac and cheese had a runny sauce and didn't taste of much, I wouldn't get this again
Service is a bit strange and it was unclear whether you could order before being seated (you need to be seated first) but the food was good

Good vegan options - Edit
Their vegan impossible burger with guacamole and vegan cheese was really good! We also tried their two vegan empanadas, one with beyond sausage which was EXCELLENT, and the “popeye empanada” which was ok, was mostly just spinach and chopped onions. Could have been great with some spice or vegan cheesiness. Be sure to order the vegan impossible burger, as they have another impossible burger that is not vegan. Unfortunately I didn’t realize they have a larger vegan menu before ordering! But was very happy with what we got. The sweet potato fries are possibly the best I’ve had too.

Vegan empanadas - Edit
One side of the menu has omni burgers and empanadas with a couple vegan options listed. If you flip the menu over, there's a lot more vegan options. I didn't notice this until after I had ordered the empanadas. I chose not to get the Impossible burger since it's a brand you can find anywhere and I wanted something I could only have here. I rarely have seen vegan empanadas at even vegan restaurants so I was sold! The sweet potato fries are the best I've had since New Zealand (where it's standard). Hot, crisp, just the right amount of salt. Everywhere I've had sweet potato fries in the USA has been soggy. I'm talking vegan chains and local one off vegan spots. No one does them crisp but Dellepiane does. Dog-friendly patio. My dogs don't like all the movement of people and were constantly barking but the staff were kind and did not kick us out because of it or ask us to move or anything like that. Shopping area is quite popular and parking can be tough to find even though there are many spaces. I entered from the parking lot from the side the restaurant is on so I saw the sign right away and knew how to get there easily. It's at the north end.

To go order - Edit
Impossible Burger is not vegan, only Impossible vegan (on menu) is. Saw no beet or mushroom burger on the menu. They forgot the lettuce and tomato on the burger and didn't bother to melt the cheese. Fries are not vegan as they are cooked in oil with other animal products so the only vegan side is the kale slaw. They hooked me up with plenty of condiments and utensils in the bag but gave it to me with the slaw laying sideways. There was liquid all over everything in the bag except the burger which looked just slappedd together like fast food. Didn't know what the liquid was all over everything until I took a bite of the kale slaw. It was cabbage and a bit of kale slathered in either really cheap olive oil or vegetable oil. Inedible. Before trying the food, I thanked them for having vegan options and tipped them well because I appreciate them being there during a pandemic and at least they are trying. I suspect the experience is better dine in.

Dellepiane is now using a local Hemp Southwest vegan option as a substitution for meat on any burger option AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I tried their El Paso burger (no cheese or bacon) with a side of yucca fries and holy [censored], it was INCREDIBLE. If you're looking for local eats, whole food vegan options, or just a tasty burger, try their new hemp Southwest patty. Be sure to let others know they aren't just stuck with the Impossible burger anymore at Dellepiane!
