Bland - Edit
I ate here a couple years ago and loved it so was happy to return. I got the Columbian fried chicken sandwich and my partner got the empanada flight. Everything was pretty flavorless. We weren't checked on the whole meal so we didn't get the fries that they forgot until the end of our meal. Those were comped for the wait which was great. I took half of my sandwich home and didn't end up finishing it at all bc my stomach was in pain. Won't return another time unfortunately.

The best vegan lasagna I’ve had! The impossible burger was really good too!!! The beef kabob was weirdly shaped but good!

I had a great evening with my husband and two young kids. The empenadas were nice, my kids had plant based nuggets with fries. The staff was friendly, there was live music, my kids enjoyed dancing and had a lot of fun.

Best in Sedona - Edit
Ratings don’t do this place justice. Very impressed by the quality and the options. full separate Vegan menu including empanadas, kofta, lasagne, burgers, etc. service is also excellent and the vibe is really nice and cosy. Returned for a second visit during my weekend in Sedona.

The Vegan empanada flight with yucca fries was delicious. The vegan columbian chikn sandwich was pretty good too. We got vegan ranch with it all, which I loved. 😋

There are options - Edit
We ordered empanada flight, Mac n cheese and lasagna. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the empanadas or lasagna. The lasagna had a layer of a faux meat which I thought was odd. I was expecting crumbled, which might have been ok. Disclaimer: I am not a big fan of faux meats. For the empanadas the onion/potato and mushroom/spanacopita were ok, but again something seemed off with the no beef one. My husband ate it just fine.
Read moreThe Mac n cheese was good. Definitely ooey gooey with cheeze. They didn’t top it with smoked paprika or chives, which would have made it better.

10-12 vegan options!! - Edit
Wish I could give it 5 stars but that is reserved for 100% vegan restaurants on happy cow. Been in Sedona over a week and this is by far the best food we have had. Our server was very attentive(which seems to be rare in Sedona) and recommended the vegan chik n sandwich which was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be going back to try some of there other vegan options(about 10-12). Whether you’re vegan or not you should definitely go here. Thanks again for the wonderful service and phenomenal food!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. - Edit
DO NOT GO HERE. THE CHEF/OWNER IS ARROGANT AND HORRIBLY RUDE WHO DOESN’T CARE IF HIS GUESTS DON’T LIKE HIS FOOD. My husband disliked his order and we both tasted it and had to spit it out because it was horrible. The owner called my husband a kid who didn’t have good taste and refused to take his meal off the bill. I refused to pay for something that was too fatty and tasted horrible and we didn’t eat. He said it’s not his fault that we don’t have good taste. He made a huge scene in front of the entire restaurant making us look like the bad people. I was horrified at his mannerisms, his lack of empathy, his lack of compassion and lack of respect. He was downright obnoxious. Also apparently his burger has won many awards over the years so I had to try it. It was decent but not award winning in my opinion. On the other hand we ate at Butterfly Burger a few days prior and had their award winning burger. Not only was that burger truly award winning and one of my favorites that I’ve ever had, the service, ambiance and food were all PHENOMENAL. Good luck keeping your doors open Dellepiane with a chef/owner who can’t listen to his guests or respect their dislike of his product. I was horrified to say the least. It’s one thing if your food is mediocre but it’s an entire other thing if your owner/chef has absolutely no respect or regard for his paying customers experience. The owner argued with me for 20 minutes over a sandwich that he refused to take off the bill and refused to listen to us when we complained about it. He also made a HUGE scene in front of the entire restaurant saying he doesn’t take items off the bill and it’s not his fault if we didn’t like it. Also he asked if I was a “Karen” and called my husband a child with no taste, whom he didn’t even meet cause he was waiting for me in the car. I have worked in food service for most of my life and have trained food staff in an award wining food service program and I am grossly appalled at this man’s behavior regarding his guest dissatisfaction. I’m shocked they are still in business.

Unique and extensive vegan offerings - Edit
You don't frequently see vegan empanadas on the menu, let alone multiple different kinds! They definitely stole the show and were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the Colombian chick'n sandwich. Apparently, the owner is from Argentina and that's where the restaurant was originally located before they moved here. It's not common to find an Argentinian place with vegan offerings, let alone extensive and thoughtfully prepared ones, and this was well worth the visit. Probably our favorite meal on the whole trip! Service was very friendly and cocktails were great too.

Best meal of vaca!! - Edit
My family has been traveling through CA and AZ for the past week, and this has been hands down my favorite meal so far! I got the vegan empanada flight with a side of vegan mac and cheese. I cannot say enough about it! I’m not usually one to go with mac and cheese because I am pretty picky about my vegan cheeses…. This was spot on for classic mac!! The empanadas were light and crispy on the outside, so tasty on the inside!! Hard to say which was my favorite!! The meal left me satisfyingly full. The rest of my family is not vegan, and they all very much enjoyed their meals as well. They had ham/cheese empanadas, Cuban, and Buffalo wings. Do not skip this place when you are in town!!

This is one of my go-to spots for vegan food as well. I am chef at VeggieEAT a few blocks away - but it’s always nice to have something different- and not have to cook it myself 😅. I might give the V Empanadas another go but I was extremely underwhelmed; and I wouldn’t say I was even close to a picky eater. My date took a bite and spit it out in her napkin. I didn’t complain but I just told them that they aren’t for me and that I would stick to my favs. You Absolutely MUST try the Columbian Vegan Chicken sandwich and the V Lasagne…. I have been back for them at least 10 times and I’ve only lived in the VOC for a few months.

Delicious - Edit
Lots of options. We got the lasagna, Mac and cheese, empanadas, and chicken nuggets. The lasagna was our favorite. Empanadas were edible but disappointing. Mac and cheese pasta was over cooked but sauce was terrific. Not the best vegan meal but great options and would come again. Good beer menu too😄

Great vegan menu for burgers - Edit
I like that they have a full vegan menu. My favorite are their vegan chikn sandwiches. The yuka fries are really good but really oily. Also they have some vegan deserts sometimes. I just make sure they don’t serve me the wrong one, if they say - have a vegan and none vegan brownie.

The sign mentions Argentine food, so it’s unexpected, but this place has a huge vegan menu and many vegetarian options. There was ample parking and fast service. A far better choice than anywhere in Sedona if you are pressed on time.

Lots of vegan choices now with separate vegan menu... - Edit
Been here several times and had the vegan 'fried chicken' and once the vegan beet burger...yum. Today going to get the vegan empanadas. They have many vegan burgers now, vegan egg add on...vegan sauces and flavoring. I am uploading their vegan menu here!

I wish it will let me give 5 stars it so great but Happy Cow only allows it to vote up to 4 stars if i the restaurant serves meat.

Plenty of options - Edit
Most of the vegan menu entrees include a side, and the separate vegan menu has many options. I had the Mac & cheese (they were out of the vegan meatballs), sweet potato fries, plantain chips, and a mezcal margarita, and paid just under $40 - not bad for Sedona! Portions seemed average to large, and service was friendly. 3 stars because nothing seemed "outstanding" other than the price. But it's a solid place to go for plenty of comfort food options at a decent price.

Sedona Restaurant with Good Plant Based Options - Edit
There are 4 or 5 restaurants in Sedona with Plant Based options of note. This is one. They have a main menu featuring animal derived food yeas; but they have a separate Vegan menu with many wonderful options. My wife and I avoid industrially produced "meat substitutes" so, I ordered the Doner Shroomer, a wonderful mushroom and sauce sandwich I thoroughly recommend. Linda had a bean burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The kale slaw was great as well. The vegan chick'n sandwich and vegan empanadas sound good.

Good food - Edit
They sadly ran out of the doner shroomer, which sounds delicious.
Read moreWe had the vegan empanadas and the chicken Colombian sandwich and Mac and cheese
Both were quite tasty and inventive, in particular the chicken itself. Mac and cheese had a runny sauce and didn't taste of much, I wouldn't get this again
Service is a bit strange and it was unclear whether you could order before being seated (you need to be seated first) but the food was good

Good vegan options - Edit
Their vegan impossible burger with guacamole and vegan cheese was really good! We also tried their two vegan empanadas, one with beyond sausage which was EXCELLENT, and the “popeye empanada” which was ok, was mostly just spinach and chopped onions. Could have been great with some spice or vegan cheesiness. Be sure to order the vegan impossible burger, as they have another impossible burger that is not vegan. Unfortunately I didn’t realize they have a larger vegan menu before ordering! But was very happy with what we got. The sweet potato fries are possibly the best I’ve had too.

Vegan empanadas - Edit
One side of the menu has omni burgers and empanadas with a couple vegan options listed. If you flip the menu over, there's a lot more vegan options. I didn't notice this until after I had ordered the empanadas. I chose not to get the Impossible burger since it's a brand you can find anywhere and I wanted something I could only have here. I rarely have seen vegan empanadas at even vegan restaurants so I was sold! The sweet potato fries are the best I've had since New Zealand (where it's standard). Hot, crisp, just the right amount of salt. Everywhere I've had sweet potato fries in the USA has been soggy. I'm talking vegan chains and local one off vegan spots. No one does them crisp but Dellepiane does. Dog-friendly patio. My dogs don't like all the movement of people and were constantly barking but the staff were kind and did not kick us out because of it or ask us to move or anything like that. Shopping area is quite popular and parking can be tough to find even though there are many spaces. I entered from the parking lot from the side the restaurant is on so I saw the sign right away and knew how to get there easily. It's at the north end.

Cons: Fried items may not be vegan according to HC, Popular at dinner so crowd-phobic should avoid
