Good ‘kroketten’ - Edit
The ice cream is good, but a lunch with ‘kroketten’ on fresh and light sourdough bread is also a reason to go to this place. They serve good tea (loose tea leaves).

It’s a travesty that nowadays if you want to stay afloat as a vegan place it’s probably better not to advertise it due to all the boomer negativity around plant based lifestyle. But this place was a very nice surprise. A cool concept for having a glass of wine along your sweet treat. We’ve had four ice cream flavors (olive oil basil was a standout), an almond croissant (solid), and tarte tartin (which was amazing but a bit of a small portion)

Went there with friends who are not vegan and they said you couldn’t notice the difference. The ice cream is just bomb. The pistachio and hazelnut flavors are to die for. Can’t wait to come back. Service is a bit slow but I cannot put less than 5 stars because of how amazing the ice cream was 😝

Alles is vegan, ook de hoorntjes, slagroom en toppings. Het lekkerste vegan ijs dat ik (in Nederland) heb gegeten! Het hazelnootijs smaakt naar de vulling van Kinder Bueno.

There are not so many vegan cafes in this area of Amsterdam. They do not point out that everything is vegan, so non vegns are pleasantly surprised once they had their icecream.

Very special flavours, I liked them all. The coffee tastes good, they also offer small cakes and croissants.
It is an open and friendly place, one you easy stop by for a brake even if you are alone. The owner makes you feel welcome.
I look forward to try the more savoury bites when autumn has arrived. I do recommend this place to all.

The center of Amsterdam is pretty much devoid of vegan places so the arrival of this lovely place is extra welcome!

Tegenwoordig vind je links en rechts wel sorbets bij de vleet maar hier vind je echte ijs en bovendien van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Een zeer ruim aanbod van bijzondere smaken (saffraan appelsien! ananas basilicum!) met een mooie range aan toppings. De kinderen vroegen nog en kregen nog.

We came here on a hot July day and the ice cream was fabulous. They have a lot of flavors and toppings, including some unusual flavors like pineapple basil (I recommend it). The base of the ice cream is fava beans, which I thought was very interesting and I definitely couldn't tell. It is delicious ice cream. I got caramel sauce, which was very different from what you get in America. Next time I would skip the toppings because the ice cream is very good on its own.

Service can be a little slow when it's busy because they seemed to just have one cash register, but it wasn't bad.
Everything in the restaurant, including all the flavors, was written only in Dutch. The staff were happy to translate, but they had to do that a lot. It's such a touristy area that I really think they should just make an English menu to speed things up and also get more business.

Best Ice Cream, Beautiful Ambience - Edit
One of the best vegan ice creams I've had, with quite original combinations of flavours. The croissants were also amazing, as well as the pistachio cake and the focaccias – well, everything we tried. We went there twice in two days. Staff was really friendly and we loved the ambience. We haven't tried their wine, though. We hope we can visit again one day!

And I’ve tried a bunch. I would especially recommend the white coffee and pistachio flavours. The cakes are also really nice. The place has a good ambiance and the owners are really nice. Definitely visit when you’re in the area!
