Underrated

David’s has been a mainstay for myself and my family for more than 20 years. It doesn’t draw the crowds of some of its nearby competitors which is a good thing from a consumer’s point of view although I’m not sure the owners would agree. The bagels are always fresh, fluffy, and flavorful and there plenty of vegan spreads to take them to the next level. #Veganuary

Pros: Freshness, Great texture: chewy and fluffy, Solid variety

Cons: It’s not the best for eating in but that’s ok

Solid Bagel Place with Vegan Options

Excellent bagel place with multiple vegan cream cheese options.

Pros: 4 kinds of vegan cream cheese, No added egg or honey to bagels (except egg bagel), Quick service and not too expensive for NYC

Cons: No other vegan options I am aware of
