Pretty good food, very nice service - Edit
This restaurant is a bit fancy - with the nicest restrooms we've seen in Bolivia so far. A meal for two with bread and tea cost us 215 bs, so yes, approaching Australian prices. The food was okay, about what you'd expect for the price in Latin America, but the service is above average. They do accept credit cards. There are some less fancy and less spendy Indian restaurants nearby that are also worth a shot.

Great! - Edit
The staff is super helpful, friendly and knows what’s vegan or proposes to leave cream and cheese out (same goes for butter on the naan). Good food & fast service 😊 Apparentely, sometimes there is tofu.

decent curry, very pricey, no vegan naan - Edit
Positive things first, the staff was super accommodating, knew what vegan was, responded to all my questions very kindly. The order came through super quick.
Read moreThe curry itself was quite tasty, although the chickpeas weren’t fully cooked through. I went for medium spice as well and it wasn’t spicy (I inquired beforehand as well and they said that spicy means spicy spicy, so I was a bit disappointed since I love my curries spicy).
It is indeed pricy and you have to pay for rice as well as naan extra. And now the most unfortunate part, the naan bread is NOT vegan, according the staff they make it with eggs. So I’m not sure whether they changed the recipe since most reviews by vegans before have been eating naan or they just didn’t communicate that. I wish they would change the recipe then. I was very much looking forward to the naan bread and as far as I know it’s vegan traditionally; but of course feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.
Pros: flavor of the curry, quick and friendly service
Cons: no vegan naan, pricey, chickpeas not cooked through

Further update : I spoke to the restaurant. Seems they have 2 versions of naan. One with a vegan flour (yeast, flour, water) and another with egg. Just double check your order when you go and should be fine!

Very decent curries - Edit
The staff knew what vegan was and could veganise many curries by switching paneer for tofu and omitting ghee and cream. The palak tofu was very yummy. Expensive by bolivian standards but a very nice dinner.

Food was delicious but pricey - Edit
I had the Palak Tofu, I had to ask for the tofu as it’s not on the menu but it states the dish on a banner outside.
Read moreIt came out soo fast and it was extremely good. I feel like it was batch made just because it came out within 5mins of ordering but the taste was just perfect.
The staff asked if a ate lactose, or milk products I said no, so make sure to be clear your vegan when ordering.
I recommend if you aren’t on a budget, it was around 65 bob with rice and the main (no drinks or naan either)
Pros: Vegan customisable , Delicious food, Tofu!
Cons: Expensive , Batch made(less fresh), Not very spicy

The waiter knew what vegan means and offered chana masala, one of my favourite Indian dishes, so I ordered it straight away.

Very expensive dish without rice or naan - Edit
I orderd the mushroom Mutter, the card says there is everything vegan. The cook came to the table and asked if I am vegan and made it vegan for me. Very good service. For this point the second star.

Food was good but service slow - Edit
This restaurant has a few vegan options. We ordered rice with chickpeas and potatoes in a Masala sauce. You can ask for nan not cooked in butter to make it vegan. They also offer vegan samosas but they were out of them unfortunately. Service was super slow. One waiter for 7 tables.
