Friendly bu very few vegan options - Edit
Be careful with beans and rice, since they have lard and chicken broath.
Read moreQuesadillas without cheese and changing chicharron and cheese by mushrooms, huitlacoche or pumpkin flower are ok.
Ask the guacamole with no chicharron nor cheese.
I requested a vegetable fajitas and fried banana directly to the waiter.

Authentic & tasty tacos in the airport - Edit
Nicest food place in Mexico City airport for vegan food. Place was clean, staff were knowledge about veganism and adapted the tacos on the menu for us: we have mushroom peppers and onion tacos with guacamole, chips and tomatillo salsa - the salsa was particularly delicious! The beans are not vegan and the staff were clear about that which helped. They also had rice and quesadillas with cheese for vegetarians. Would recommend if looking for something in Mexico City airport! Way better than Subway or other junk food on offer.
